Grievance Portal

Send a service-related grievance to the state office by WhatsApp or email. Every grievance the office receives is recorded and followed up.

Grievances are accepted from members only. If you are not yet a member, please complete your membership first — your member ID is required below.

Include dates, order/reference numbers and the relief sought.

Before you send, attach any supporting papers — orders, letters, previous correspondence — to the message. WhatsApp and email can both carry attachments; this website cannot.

Choose a channel and your own email app or WhatsApp opens with everything above already filled in — you only have to press send. Nothing is stored on this website.

Grievances are taken up for members of the union. Keep your member ID to hand — the office will ask for it.

Service standards

Grievances reach the district unit first and the state office second. No fixed time limit is published — every grievance is pursued until it is resolved.
